Cons of a self-service container

You may not be able to have a container sitting in the parking lot of the apartment or, outside your business for a month as you pack. You cannot move the container if the landlord or any another tenant does not like it, or if they need to access the parking spaces. If it’s your own home, the Home Owner's Association may not allow a container to sit on your lot - even if it is your own driveway. For short distance moves, a truck may be a better option. You may end up paying less than you would have to pay for a container rental. Once the container is picked up, you have a harder time getting to your possessions.
