Person renting the truck will be fully held responsible

Many truck rental companies will insist that the person who will be driving the truck must be 18 years old, 21 years old or 25 years old. The person who actually rents the truck will be fully held responsible for the truck in the event of an accident or theft -even if there is another person driving the truck. A few companies do allow more than one person to be insured if it is arranged in advance, and it will usually involve extra fees. Check prices for the size of the truck or container you need, the distance of your move, and the cost of other things, like gas, and how fast you need to move, vs. how much freedom you need if you want to explore as you move to your new home.
